One Vision.

Three Generations Cattle & Hunt began with a vision and a deep respect for the land, passed down through family and time. In 1967, Rodolfo Yanez “Fito,” purchased Rancho Las Tinajas located at Carretera Hermosillo–Nogales km 105 after spending his early years working on various cattle ranches across Sonora. What started as a young man’s dream quickly became a lifelong commitment to building something lasting.

Originally, the ranch was focused entirely on cattle production, where he raised and developed high-quality genetics for export to the United States. As the ranch grew, so did his vision, and he eventually introduced hunting to the land. What began with mule deer and coues deer hunts later expanded to include a carefully managed desert bighorn sheep reserve.

Over the years, we have continued to improve the genetics and management of our wildlife, raising the standard of game on the ranch to what it is today. Trophy-class animals are now a common sight across the property, a reflection of decades of careful stewardship and dedication.

Today, Rodolfo Yanez still oversees the ranch alongside his children and grandchildren. Three generations work side by side to continue his legacy, protect the land, and provide an exceptional hunting experience. We are proud of where we came from, and even more proud of what we continue to build together.
